    Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipping

Please note: We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

⏰ Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. This gives you plenty of time to make sure your new kawaii companion is just right!

✅ Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • 🌸 In original condition (unused, unworn, and unwashed)
  • 🎁 In original packaging with all tags attached
  • 📄 Accompanied by your original order confirmation or receipt

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

To keep everything safe and hygienic for all our kawaii customers, we cannot accept returns on:

  • 🍬 Candy Bags (for food safety reasons)
  • 🛏️ Bed Sheets & Bedding Sets (for hygiene reasons once opened)

📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (like sending the wrong item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely!

💖 Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:
